NEW FOR 2026: Pro Player Coaches

This year, we're excited to announce some of the best current and former professional lacrosse players will be joining our YOUTH teams as Player Coaches.

Each team will have the opportunity to interact with and be coached by elite athletes who have competed at the highest levels of the sport.

These player coaches will bring their energy, competitive spirit, leadership, and love of the game to the dodgeball court, making this year's event an unforgettable experience for both our youth participants.

For our youth teams (ages 10–17), this provides a unique opportunity to learn from accomplished athletes, ask questions, and be inspired by players who have reached the professional ranks.

A Denver City Lax Story

Hi, I'm Catherine Logan - I hope you will join me in supporting these programs

I'm an orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon at The Joint Preservation Center and team physician for US Ski & Snowboard and men's USA Lacrosse.

Why I Support Denver City Lacrosse

As the inaugural head league physician for the PLL, I worked with legendary professional player Eric Law, who is also the Denver City Lax Director of Player Development.

Inspired by his passion, I began looking for ways to become involved- first with simple construction projects at their Denver facility and now as a Board member. Denver City Lax’s mission is to create educational and enrichment opportunities for youth in underserved Denver neighborhoods through the sport of lacrosse.

Lacrosse has many links to higher education offering youth previously unfamiliar with the sport a new path in accessing high school and collegiate opportunities. The game provides an excellent team platform to teach key life skills such as leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork, perseverance, healthy living and goal setting.

Why I Support The Chill Foundation

I started volunteering with The Chill Foundation in 2017. I learned about Chill while I was working as a physician at the US Burton Open in Vail, CO.

In 2020, I became a member of the Chill Foundation Board and continue to raise awareness of this deserving program.

Founded by Burton Snowboard founders Jake Burton & Donna Carpenter, Chill inspires youth through boardsports and builds a more equitable outdoor community.

Chill's positive youth development programs help youth grow through boardsports and, more recent efforts, focus on assisting youth in developing careers within the outdoor industry.
