Flexion (Bending)
Supine Wall Slides
While lying on your back, begin with your operative leg on the wall with socks on. Let your non-operative leg place a downward force on the top of the foot of your operative side to assist in knee bending. Reach a point of max stretch/bend and hold for 10 seconds. Then, use your non-operative leg to push the operative knee straight to the starting point.
Repeat for 20 repetitions, 3-5/day
