Chillax ADULT Dodgeball Team Registration

We are looking forward to another great Chillax Challenge and to raise funds for Denver City Lacrosse and The Chill Foundation @ Burton! 

Tourney rules will be sent to you following purchase - please review & send the rules to your team roster . 

The email address provided on this registration will be used for all communication including finalizing your team roster and participation waivers.

Costumes are encouraged!

Participation waivers must be completed to set on the court. 

- All adults must sign a waiver to receive a bracelet designating you ready to play.

- Any participant under 18 years old will need to have their waiver signed by an adult.
