As we prepare for tournament day, we would appreciate your assistance with a few logistical items to help maximize your sponsorship experience.
1. Goodie Bag Items
If you would like to include promotional items, coupons, samples, giveaways, or marketing materials in our participant goodie bags, please let us know.
Examples include:

Product samples
Discount cards or coupons
Promotional flyers
Stickers or small giveaways
Please provide the quantity available and arrange delivery to the event.
2. Sponsor Table
Would you like to have a table or activation space at the event? Sponsor tables are a great opportunity to:
Meet participants and families
Showcase your products or services
Distribute promotional materials
Host giveaways or interactive activities
Please let us know if you plan to have a table so we can reserve your space and provide setup details.
3. Logo and Social Media Information
